Participants will be introduced simple laboratory parameters and the implications of the readings. These can help to value-add TCM Physicians so that they can make useful reference to medical reports or blood test readings should their patients bring it for their review. Understanding the implications can also help Physicians to make a sound decision on their treatment approach.
Danny Chia is a member of Australian Institute of Medical Scientists (AIMS) since 1998. Having been a Medical Scientist for 20 years, he has with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in analyzing Clinical laboratory results outcomes which can impact the use of medications on patients in clinical microbiology. Also based on results trending of a patients what can be the outcome of such results. He is currently the AGM, Clinic Operations at Eu Yan Sang Integrative Health Pte Ltd. His experience in the TCM industry for a decade gives him the ability to relate the laboratory parameters to common conditions seen amongst patients who seek TCM treatment.
